Overall marketing management role for newly created Health Care Division, one of many in the parent’s group.. Locates in Shanghai, China. Report to CEO APAC.
JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and lead an energetic and effective Marketing Team and the organization to meet the corporate business objectives.
Lead the overall brand strategy, planning, marketing program development, implementation and evaluation for new and existing products and services across China and target segments.
Oversee the functions of branding, advertising, public relations, consumer insights and market research and communications
Review local developed marketing program content and campaigns. Ensure go to market messages are consistent, relevant and effective.
Execute the programs across multiple channels in meeting established ROI goal
Manage annual and monthly marketing budget updates
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIREMENTS
Above 5 years marketing experience as management level in Nutrition or health care product or beauty industries.
Bachelor degree and above from top university.
Has work exposure in mainland China.
Good command of both English and Mandarin.
Strategic thinking, strong business sense.
Strong business planning, account management and consultation skills.
Excellent team player. Willing to take leadership role in driving initiatives, and structuring new approaches to new opportunities.
Strong analytical and presentation skills
