My client is a small boutique Financial Planning firm based in the South-Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. They are looking for a candidate that is local to the area and someone who wants to get involved in the community.

The position is a hybrid Customer Service Manager / Associate Adviser type role; you will be the first point of contact for clients; so, experience dealing with HNW clients will be a big plus.

Experience in the financial planning sector is essential and my client is looking for someone who has completed the ADFP or nearly finished. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for: 

• Completing SOA's and ROA's
• Liaise with clients for outstanding details for applications
• Organising quotes for client applications
• Organising and compiling files compliantly
• Preparing initial meeting client files
• Organising and coordinating appointments for advisers
• General Administration work

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful for this position you will have/be:

• Have completed ADFP or close to completing
• Highly experienced with XPlan
• Worked with HNW clients in the past
• Genuine interest in progressing into a Financial Adviser
• Local to the area
• Great work ethic
• A team Player
