WHY IS THIS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY?

Multiple opportunities exist within the financial reporting team at senior, manager, and director levels. These positions will report under the corporate controller and will be responsible for all SEC filings. Tremendous exposure throughout the senior executive team. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Draft/Review 10-Q/10-K filings and ensure all disclosures are made properly. Prepare/Review XBRL tags on a quarterly basis for SEC filings.
  • The candidate should have the ability to establish new reporting processes and procedures to meet SEC requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

A degreed accountant with a CPA license is strongly preferred. 

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
