RELATIONSHIP MANAGER



Our client  is one of the largest independent equipment and vehicle finance companies in Canada, serving dealers, brokers, vendors and end user communities throughout the country.

The employer offers a wide range of asset based financing solutions to commercial and industrial sectors including heavy equipment, aircraft, transportation, mining, gas, oil, manufacturing, construction and government infrastructure as well as automobile finance and leasing.  Headquartered in Vancouver they have offices in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario. 


Relationship Manager, Broker Services

The Relationship Manager, Broker Services is a high-performing sales specialist whose credit and leasing expertise and experience allow them to strategically and effectively manage a third party origination channel through the development and maintenance of relationships with new and existing clients to build a quality portfolio.

Your financial success will be achieved by:
Working with and adding Indirect Broker partners
Attending/facilitating/assisting at functions which are considered to be beneficial in generating business and adding brand awareness.
Developing and reviewing on a quarterly basis marketing initiatives
Responding to Indirect Broker partner customer, team member and management issues or concerns.
Effectively institute a finance offering and promote sales and marketing based initiatives with the overall goal of generating customer awareness.
Deliver sales support to Indirect Broker partners with the overall goal of ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


 

QUALIFICATIONS

Who You Are:
1-2 Years of Past Sales Experience.
Experience in commercial lending
Goal-oriented, self-starter, high achiever with strong social skills.
Team player who is outgoing and driven.
Ability to build strong relationships with key individuals and influencers.
A high degree of competency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate financial modelling skills.
Experience in the finance and leasing industry is considered an asset.
