Our client is one of the leading casual wear fashions brands with strong presence in PRC.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- You will be highly involved in the PRC retail operation and the business development.
- Responsible for the develop strategies and explore new franchise businesses partner in the region.
- Business development and Deal with landlords/Department Store of the Lease Agreement;
- Managing store interior decoration & construction of new shop;
- Responsible for providing efficiency in large scale retail operations in PRC market, especially in fashion franchising business.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or Diploma in Business or related discipline
- 10 years’ or above in fashion retail chain store management experience at least 8 years of which at managerial level.
- Solid experience in retail and franchise operations in China market is essential.
- Good insight of casual wear market and high commitment to meet sales target are valued.
- Excellent coaching skill, marketing sense and data analysis skill are required.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Extensive travel to PRC is required.
Education:
University - Associate's Degree/Graduate Diploma/2 Years
