Clinical Research and Development Manager

Clinical Research and Development Manager will be responsible for the oversight of organizational research, development policies, and objectives and initiatives. Responsibilities of the Clinical Research and Development Manager:
- Must be able to train and retain caregivers.
- Responsible for the growth and development of the program
- Responsible for the evaluation and counseling of caregivers
Qualifications of the Clinical Research and Development Manager:
- Bachelors of Science; Master’s preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience in managing clinical trial operations
- Research certification strongly preferred
- Highly effective communicator and coach
Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
