For 30 years, our client has built a very strong track record of success protecting close to 13,000 people in Upstream and Downstream operations around the world.  They help workover and completion operations to protect their people in the field.  They help turnover projects to cope with the massive inflow of project staff and provide the equipment and expertise to keep people alive and safe.

Now they are looking at expanding their team with a Territory Manager for their Grande Prairie region.  

JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will go out to the sites you know so well and promote the company's expertise.  You could be sitting down with a Consultant on a job site one day, and at a boardroom table the next.  You'll build the book of business in a territory that's already very well established (about $6M in sales annually at present). 

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful, you will need to be:

  • An industry insider with a network of contacts as Upstream and Downstream operations
  • Familiar with what a culture of safety looks like at those operations
  • A hard charger who is ready to jump into a busy market and drive sales
  • Someone who has enough personal drive that a micro-manager would drive them nuts
