Job Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the Clinical Applications team and Pharmacy Department to support, maintain, and optimize Medication build across the continuum of care, and function independently in defining, troubleshooting, and solving software and system analysis assignments using established system analysis techniques.
Demonstrate ability, integrity, and innovation in applying systems analysis techniques, knowledge, and experience to the needs of the organization.
Position will be responsible for medication/Pharmacy related build and maintenance in the Epic Willow (Inpatient) and Beacon (Oncology Treatment plan) applications, providing technical support for the Pharmacy Department and other end-users, as well as assisting with the implementation of other information system initiatives within the Pharmacy Departments.
Ideal candidate would have experience with technical or clinical support involved in building or maintaining computer systems, with a medication focus for large clinical organization, Pharmacy background preferred.
Successful analysts are able to hold discussions of the concepts involved in system design (or issue investigation) while they are not actively working with or looking at the system or documentation, and make the technology understandable to others (e.g. analysts in other IS positions, end users or organizational leadership).
Ideal candidate with strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills desired.?
