JOB DESCRIPTION

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an establish Ag Company seeking a Regional Account Manager in the Animal Nutrition industry. This individual will be required to travel an assigned territory selling products and programs to maximize market share, market penetration and profitability. This individual will be working directly with livestock producers and agricultural producers, and create new opportunities with them as well.

QUALIFICATIONS

-Bachelors degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition or in related field
-Preferred 2 or more years experience in Animal Nutrition Sales
-Direct sales experience with Commodities, Mineral, and Value Added are beneficial
-Understanding of feed nutrition and commodity values
-Positive, self-motivated with strong communication, planning and organizational skills
-Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
-Strong computer skills, mathematical skills and reasoning ability as well as a strong commitment to customer service
-Ability to manage credit and credit limits
-Able to travel 90% of the time, in all weather conditions

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
