We are looking for a competitive sales account manager who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment. She / He is the most effective assistant to managing director and acts as the key link between our company and corporate clients at the frontline. Sales account manager is responsible for implementation of market research, market development plan, channel and customer development plan, business development and account management in order to meet sales objectives and goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Responsible for the implementation of market development and sales plan under the instruction and supervision of managing director.
- Regularly use a variety of analytical tools to understand and evaluate the business in order to best determine how to accomplish sales objectives.

- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Implement brand promotion and marketing campaigns (advertising, samples display, attend the trade show, etc.),

  • -  Develop reception plan, schedule appointments and coordinate planting base and factory tours

  • -  Provide product information and deliver product samples, achieve sales commitment to ensure customer satisfaction

- Negotiate and sign sales agreement with customer on behalf of company, continuously follow up with relevant departments to ensure that the sales agreement is conscientiously implemented.
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers, Contact potential clients to establish new accounts, obtain orders, provide service and manage customers’ complaints and queries
- Establish client call-back system, regularly visit customers to keep long-term relationship, collect market information, customer feedback and sales data.

  • -  Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest medical data

  • -  Complete other tasks assigned by the superiors.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, international trade, pharmaceutical, medical and other related majors is preferred
- Above 5 years working experience on sales position in pharmaceutical industry, especially some business-to- business sales experience.

- Professional knowledge of marketing, including techniques for successfully promoting and selling products, familiar with the cannabis industry, databases, statistics and latest medical issues
- Past working experience in companies doing cannabis business (such as Isodiol S.A., Hempstory, Elixinol, CBD for Life, Cannakorp, HempMeds, Sweet Leaf, Strovia Medical Cannabisis etc.) is preferred.

- Aggressive, sociable, success oriented and flexible personality, strong ability of self-management and market development, excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
