Their Recruiter team has explained to us that they are looking for Engineers with Aerospace background with IGT Industrial Gas Turbine expertise as well as experience with investment casting of blades and vanes for the Turbines.YOU MUST HAVE THIS experience to be considered.
They currently have a need for an impact player with top notch experience with Industrial Gas Turbines as a Process Engineer.

Your hands on role as a Process Engineer will give you the opportunity to share your Industrial Gas Turbine Expertise by developing and optimizing the companies manufacturing processes based on customer blueprints and specifications.
You will also be the Process Engineer responsible for troubleshooting all process problems and provide added technical support to manufacturing to ensure the on time production of investment castings that meet the highest quality standards at the lowest possible cost.
The Process Engineer will be counted on to provide investment casting process knowledge, basic engineering principles, previous experience, and creativity to develop processes that result in the production of quality castings that conform to customer specifications and timetables.
The Process Engineer will review customer specifications and blueprints to determine the procedures, testing, and routing sequences required to meet the metallurgical part requirements.
The Industrial Gas Turbine Process Engineer will participate in plant initiatives to support the reduction of scrap, rework and overall casting cost.
The Process Engineer will also perform on a daily basis; regular waste reviews, development of SPC for significant process steps and participation in cost improvement teams. A history of successful scrap reduction will play in your favor.
The Process Engineer will have a steady dose of customer interface that will lead to developing new products, participate in joint cost reduction initiatives, and support general customer program requirements.
You will be counted on to develop new technology to support plant initiatives and growth within the investment casting area.
Requirements for the role of Process Engineer
Blade and/or vane experience is a must have
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
