JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Housekeeper - Assisted Living
Location: Pine Island, Minnesota
Salary: $13.20 - $15.78 / Hour
Shift: Full Time, 6AM-2PM
*$1,000 Dollar Sign on Bonus*
On Time Talent Solutions is seeking a Housekeeper for a local assisted living facility in the Pine Island area! As a Housekeeper, you would be responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas within the facility
Housekeeper - Assisted Living Qualifications:
- High School diploma / GED preferred
- Able to provide housekeeping and laundry services in a resident centered environment
- Desire to work with seniors
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
- Competent in organizational, time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to work semi-independently without direct supervision by following all community procedures and guidelines and having the ability to follow through on assigned tasks, and demonstrates initiative
- Ability to perform tasks with frequent interruptions
Housekeeper - Assisted Living Responsibilities:
- Clean designated areas
- Perform tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
- Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
- Stock and maintain supply rooms, as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (for example: mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.), as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
