Who is the company?

The business sits in a central location in the Hills District. They are sitting in an exciting niche industry in the market and boast some large local and interstate clientele. 

There is a sales floor of 4 staff who report to the Director of the business.

Due to the nature of the industry and the company being well established, 80% of the clients you call will be warm existing clients. 

The office is very open and friendly, with staff getting together for lunches, birthdays, Melbourne Cups, and Christmas parties alike.

Management is very open door and receptive. Questions are encouraged and autonomy is promoted!

What is the role?

The role is for an Account Manager to come on board and call existing / new clients, process orders, and manage the client pre and post sale. 

This is done mainly over the phone, via email, or occasionally fax. 

If you wish you may visit clients face to face once a fortnight. 

The role may offer career progression for the right candidate.

There is also a bonus which is given quarterly (If targets are met).

What will I need to apply?

• Previous sales / account management experience
• Ability to solution sell
• Ability to manage and build a relationship 
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A current drivers license and car
