Junior Corporate Account Manager

Our Client is hiring a Jr. Corporate Account Manager to act as a client advocate and maximize customer satisfaction, account penetration and profitability.  This position is directly responsible for coordinating internal resources and external vendors.  Candidates need to be extremely organized and excellent communicators. This position is responsible for all elements relating to the successful sales, such as, product specification, design; order processing, logistics, installation, invoicing and collection.

 

DUTIES

• Prepare bid documents
• Prepare order entry and verify product specifications
• Prepare project schedule, Gantt chart, order status reports
• Coordinate completion of installation drawings
• Coordinate all documents, permits, waste plan and protection for projects
• Perform Change Order Management as needed and obtain management approvals
• Coordinate installation resources
• Process punchlist with clients
• Assist accounting department as needed for collections

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree
• 1+ Years of experience in a sales administrative role
• Efficient time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ethical and professional demeanor
• Prompt follow-up skills
• Ability to work across departments for cooperative relations

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
