Seeking an Assistant Controller to be the 'right hand' to the Chief Accounting officer.

  • Own financial reporting and controls function for the Company. Your team will own the monthly & quarterly consolidation process and of course the development of processes, policies, and controls to ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
  • Ensure the timely and accuracy of current, quarterly and annual SEC reporting, including 8K, 10Q and 10K.
  • BE a technical guru - research, advise and guide the company to decisions accordingly
  • Lead, develop and own the engagement of accounting/finance professionals. Ensuring Managers/Leaders are engaging their teams, developing talent and providing an engaging place to work/grow their career.
  • Be actively involved in strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, divestitures or other accounting related activities
  • Build, engage and grow strong partnerships across the organization - the role will have high visibility and in order to be successful this component will be critical. I.E. CFO, Business Unit Controllers, Audit Committee, External Audit, IT, Shared Services...and many more - lots of exposure!ill



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • 15+ years of related work experience - Big 4 Experience / Public Accounting Required
  • CPA Required

A Players will have:

  • Been at minimum a Manager in the BIG 4 - A++ Players Senior Manager
  • 4+ Years working in a Technical Accounting / Financial Reporting role for a publicly traded company
  • MBA Top Tier School

University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
