Leading national provider of therapy management and consulting services, experience spans the complete spectrum of care - from hospitals to CCRCs, SNF/Subacute centers, AL/IL, outpatient and home health.

 

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility

JOB DESCRIPTION

Up to 20 hrs let week consistently but can take less if interested.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • MS degree in Speech Language Pathology and Current (or eligible for) NYS license in good standing.
  • CCC required.
  • SNF experience preferred but not required.

Education:
University - Master's Degree
