JOB DESCRIPTION

--- Develop and implement quality management systems in all manufacturing processes
--- Analyze, identify, and implement manufacturing process improvements which will improve overall capability and performance.
--- Create and maintain company documentation, such as quality manuals, and quality procedures.
--- Troubleshoot problems or flaws in materials provided for testing.
--- Meet with members of the production team to offer recommendations and share results.
--- Maintain and control calibration records for all test and inspection equipment.
--- Perform tests and measurements using existing measurement equipment.
--- Participate in teams to help make necessary improvements and changes to all process related issues in the production department.

QUALIFICATIONS

--- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years experience in Quality System development and implementation in high speed manufacturing plants.
--- Strong knowledge of Lean/Six-Sigma principles
--- Strong knowledge of SPC applications
--- Demonstrated proficiency in project management
--- Lean six sigma certified green or black belt preferred.
--- Ability to multi-task several projects simultaneously

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
