JOB DESCRIPTION

Clients require nurses who have L&D experience. Due to the number of deliveries performed at our hospital each year, this position can guarantee 36 hours per week of standby time and if a nurse would like more guaranteed actual work hours this can be accommodated by willingness to perform other RN functions in the labor and delivery and/or other nursing units. We have approximately 75 deliveries per year. Callback, holiday and OT hours are paid at 1.5x the regular rate of pay and the position requires taking standby hours. Additional pay for night shifts, holidays, weekends. Clinical nursing ladder now in place.
