Our client is one of Australia's most exciting and fastest growing providers today and this has prompted the need for a facility manager at one location and a care manager at a second location
About the role:
Facility Manager
As a health care professional, this challenging role will see you utilise your acquired knowledge, skills and experience to uphold the organisation's high standards and still yet allowing you to step outside the corporate structure like zone and implement your own measures in place for maximum goal driven results. This role is based on the Central Coast. Our client is offering $100K +! (negotiable)
Care Manager
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will lead a large clinical care team, ensuring they excel in their roles and meet accreditation standards. This role is based on the central coast. Our client is offering $90K+! (negotiable)
About you:
• Current AHPRA Registration with no restrictions
• Extensive experience in managing and leading people
• Demonstrated success in an aged care or health related management role
• A track record of managing operations to ensure outstanding care outcomes whilst achieving financial growth.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Aged Care Registered Nurse
