JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Responsibilities
Finance Rotational Program - Spend 1 year each in 2 to 3 different areas of Finance and Operations. Includes capstone supervisory and leadership rotation and significant exposure to executives in Finance, Corporate and Branch management.
Provide analyses, action items and recommendations on current company operations. Take part in the development and implementation of growth initiatives.
Play an active role in yearly budgeting and forecasting, monthly financial close activities, variance analyses and other analytical projects around the company.
Assist with monthly and ad-hoc analyses in numerous areas, including Finance, International, Sales, Executive Operations, Distribution Operations, Branch Operations, Facilities, HR and IT.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
Minimum 2+ years experience with accounting and / or financial analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Well organized and detail oriented.
Ability to handle in-depth special projects.
