JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead activities associated with the plant’s GMP and Pest Control programs.

Coordinate plant wide GMP audits.

Manage pest control contractors within the plant.

Review and update contractor service agreements to meet regulatory needs.

Assist with development and implementation of Food Safety and HACCP plans.

Resolve pest control and GMP issues in the plant.

Ensure all government and expectations are met for food Safety and food quality.

Fill in for Food Safety Coordinator when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Science Degree (Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, etc.)

Familiarity with, ISO, HACCP, and Food Safety. Ideally 2-3 years experience in Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to manage and control processes to meet regulatory requirements.

Familiar with Lean Six Sigma tools.

Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and flowcharting software. 

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
