Reporting to the Assistant Credit Manager your responsibilities will include however will not be limited to;

  • Supervise the Collections arm of the Credit team, responsible for the timely collection of monies from business clients and releasing of orders
  • Provide hands on support with any overflow of work i.e. collections and releasing of orders
  • Work closely with your colleagues in the team responsible for allocations, reconciliation and other administrative receivables functions
  • Liaise with other internal teams including customer service, warehouse for the release of products
  • Review any difficult accounts and escalated issues
  • Support your Manager and the business with any ad hoc projects as they arise with the continued growth of the business


To secure this opportunity you will have:

  • Solid experience in a Collections role / Accounts Receivable role at a more Senior level
  • Previous experience supervising and managing a team
  • Must be available to work 10am to 6pm
  • Ideally you have had experience within a high volume transactional environment ideally within a service oriented Industry delivering a product
  • You will have good computer literacy; Oracle experience would be advantageous but not essential. You will be a customer focused person with good communication skills.
