The Enterprise Risk Stress Testing (ERST) division evaluates alternative circumstances (Including but not limited to adverse macroeconomic environments, specific shock scenarios, and others) and is responsible for analyzing how these scenarios impact the client bank’s projected earnings, balance sheet, capital and liquidity positions. ERST works with business, finance, and risk leaders throughout the organization to analyze the impacts and ultimately report scenario results to senior executive management.


The Stress Testing Senior (Risk) Consultant will help support key aspects of the end-to-end ERST process and will have specific responsibility for analyzing and reporting stress test results to executive management. This is a rare opportunity to join an enterprise-wide function, gain exposure to businesses and financial drivers across the client bank’s products and businesses, and work with top leaders across the organization.


  1. Contribute to ERST efforts including the build out of consolidation and reporting functions, review and challenge of legal entity results, legal entity specific methodologies, key assumptions, and other regulatory expectations as they arise
  2. Build relationships with key business partners to fully understand their forecast process and results, while serving as a challenge function and providing guidance on expectations and deliverables
  3. Review and analyze trends in stress results to best understand implications both internally and externally
  4. Assist with “end-to-end challenge documentation” efforts
  5. Address regulatory expectations for continuous improvement, including addressing regulatory MRAs
  6. Enhance documentation and understanding of key inputs
  7. Participate in the regulator exam meetings during CCAR, if necessary
  8. Support general analytics related to the execution of the quarterly ERST cycle.



  1. 4 + years of Finance Risk Management experience
  2. Financial Forecasting & Planning experience
  3. Prior CCAR/DFAST experience
  4. Understanding of Recovery and Resolution Planning
  5. Experience analyzing and reporting stress test results
  6. Robust Excel and PowerPoint skills
  7. Robust analytical skills
