Our Portland ME office & Andover,Massachusetts Offices are looking for a Senior Lead/Wastewater Project Engineer.


•Professional level for engineering work, under limited supervision

•Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in all phases of projects and in broad range of assignments and produces technically sound work products 

•Assignment may include portions of large or complex multi-disciplinary projects and may include full technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating small to mid-size projects.

•Independent action taken on complex and difficult problems under limited supervision.

•Dependably produces assignments on time and on budget. 

•Demonstrates initiative and effective problem solving skills. 

•Seeks to identify opportunities to enhance organization's standards and delivery of services. 

•As appropriate, is increasingly able to assist Project Manager with various functions. 

•May perform research assignments.


•Civil and/or Environmental Engineering degree, Master's preferred

•Seven + years of experience

•Professional Engineers license (PE)

•Effective written and verbal communication skills in group and one-on-one settings. 

•Effective personal organization and time management skills

•Integrity/Honesty in all dealingsTeam player/good relationship with coworkers.

•Collaborates with others to capitalize on Company’s collective capabilities
