Information Security Associate Director

Information Security Associate Director is responsible for coordinating initiatives and providing services that ensure the adequate protection of the Bank's information assets in order to minimize the risks of monetary loss, productivity loss, and embarrassment.



  • Perform application security reviews, threat modeling, vulnerability analysis
  • Perform vendor security risk assessments.
  • Perform information security risk assessments of information technology assets based on the NIST framework.
  • Provide information security subject matter expertise to developers, engineers, and business customers on risk assessments, vulnerability remediation, and threat detection techniques.
  • Write technical reports based on findings and recommendations.


Technical skills required:

  • Ability to perform information security risk assessments of Bank systems based on NIST framework.
  • Conduct risk assessments on demand or on a previously-scheduled basis. Requires ability to prioritize risk assessments and complete outstanding assessments within defined time frames.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, test, and implement security plans.
  • Developing metrics to capture information security risk posture for individual projects, products, and company as a whole.
  • Strong knowledge of current security threats, techniques, and landscape.
  • Ability to understand and synthesize technical issues to technical and non-technical business representatives.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and decision making skills.
  • Knowledge and actively practice of information security fundamentals.
  • Team player with excellent consultative, communication, writing and project management skills.


  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience
  • Possession of or the ability to obtain and maintain national security clearance, which includes US Citizenship 
  • Possession of or the ability to obtain CISSP or similar security certification
