Our client is a very stable, solid institution. The Chief Fiduciary Officer position is new to the department and much needed due to growth. Our client is well respected in the community and has low employee turnover. The position is located in a very pleasant community; great for families and less than an hour away from Wichita.
As Chief Fiduciary Officer, you will:
Be responsible for overseeing a department with close to $1 billion AUM
You will oversee trust administrators, investment officers, and assistants
Coordinate functions with the wealth management division to insure customer’s needs are met while maintaining profitability and adherence to regulations.
Oversee policies and procedures
Develop new Wealth Management relationships through participation in community events to promote the bank and its products.
Bachelors degree in business or related field
JD, CPA, CFP, and or CFA preferred
Minimum of ten years trust administration experience
Experience managing a trust department
Experience with land trusts and oil & gas trusts is a plus
Knowledge of trust laws and the ability to apply that knowledge to client situations and estate planning
Strong customer relationship skills
Experience attracting new bank customers through community involvement
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
