Client Success Manager
Develop lasting relationships with clients by providing onboarding, training and support.
Location: New York City
Our Client is seeking an exceptional Success Associate to join our very talented, outgoing, and fun team in New York. This position is a dynamic and hands-on role that requires working with all parts of the business to deliver the best experience for our clients. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of client accounts including support, onboarding, training, as well as developing lasting relationships on an ongoing basis. You will also be responsible for understanding clients’ needs and creating solutions that match their individual requirements. The role is heavily client facing and requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong analytic skills are required to quickly understand a client’s requirements and create a solution. Knowledge of the financial services industry would be preferred. Additionally, experience with Salesforce.com would make for an ideal candidate.
Lead the implementation/onboarding into our Client’s Solutions
Understand a client’s business and customize our Client’s Solutions their needs.
Create presentations, project plans.
Work with the training team to create a unique training experience.
Support: Post implementation – remain the main point of contact for any support or customization requests.
1-3 years Implementation/Onboarding, Support or Business Analysis Experience.
Prior Experience in Asset/Investment Management ,Wealth Management Software.
The ideal candidate will also have had prior experience and understanding of SAAS and SFDC
Experience in a client facing role.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Detail oriented, disciplined and organized.
Someone who gets a kick out of making customers successful.

University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
