JOB DESCRIPTION

Here is the Job Description

 

 

Range is $70-95K base, we may negotiate higher for the right candidate.

Bonus $15-20K at target capped at 200% (so max bonus potential $30-40K)

There is a car allowance of $650 and gas card as well.

 

NOTES:

  • technical type sales, solution sales
  • experience in the Mobile, Card  Payments or Financial organizations. 
  • We are  looking for a polished, articulate and high relationship builders

    MUST HAVE

    1.

    5-8 years progressive Sales Experience

    2.

    Recognizes the client as a partner – builds robust and productive relationships - challenges them to grow their business (client penetration) with our products and services.

    3. 

    Understands that products and services are the lifeblood of any company, and as such they are committed to know them inside out.

    4.

    Proven ability to arrange facts in a way that build client excitement and buy in to a product or service.

    5.

    Demonstrated ability to develop an acute level of knowledge and intuition about the client’s organization, operating procedures, trends and the key financial metrics / ratios that often predict and measure business success.

    6.

    Is technology literate at a level to effectively utilize the Microsoft Office suite of products including quality development of corporate presentations, spreadsheets, communication documents and cell phone applications.

    7.

    Understands that in this role you must dress and present yourself for success. Appearances matter in sales and in spite of any conscious efforts to be objective, this judging is happening at least some of the time if not most of the time.

    8.

    Continuously develops their individual knowledge level around industry or business practices, trends and/or events to substantiate their value to a client.

    9.

    Ability to create and foster collegial relationships internally with in the business to facilitate the achievement of common or compatible goals.
