They expanded into an integrated health network that serves more than two million people in Southern Nevada. A Health System that has grown to include several hospitals and added new additions. The ACNO position will be at the newest facility.
ASSISTANT CHIEF NURSING OFFICER (ACNO)
Located in Nevada - Las Vegas area.
ACNO is Responsible for the 24-hour management of the assigned units assuring patient care meets the standard of care in a Rehab hospital setting.
Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
Must have 5 to 7 years experience
This is a Director Seniority Level position.
Willingness to Travel - Occasionally
Education: MS in nursing or related field. Minimum Education - Master's Degree
Experience: A minimum of five (5) years experience in patient care services management. Must have experience working in both a Rehab setting as well as managing in an OR/surgical setting.
Technical Skills: Ability to take
and transcribe minutes.
License/Certification: Has current State of Nevada RN License. Current ACLS certification. Current BCLS Certification.
The salary is $120,000 to $165,000, DOE
This is a Direct Hire, Full-time position with Full Benefits.
