JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within an account/client portfolio
  • Create strategies to expand our presence within the Southern California Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors
  • Act as the CEO of leading Healthcare or Life Sciences clients
  • Align with other Account Leaders and Senior Leadership to develop and support strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
  • Understand the intersection between technology, customers, and business
  • Stay abreast of current and emerging industry trends, unique opportunities and challenges of the space/markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects clients’ business and initiatives
  • Work closely with project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model
  • Shape solutions, properly scoping / pricing engagements
  • Drive revenue within the client / account portfolio as well as accelerate opportunities to influence and sell end-to-end services
  • Support sales / pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities, responding to RFPs, creating proposals and presentations, establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close / sign new deals

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 15+ years of progressive management consulting or a blend of consulting and industry
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and growing client relationships within Healthcare and Life Sciences in the SoCal region
  • Knowledge of Emerging Technology trends within Healthcare and Life Sciences
  • Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to your team
  • Experience managing and monitoring performance metrics across large scale accounts and account portfolios (P&L management)
  • Exceptional leadership/management skills and superb oral and written communication, with seasoned presentation skills
  • Consultative skills combining business and technology
  • The candidate will need to demonstrate stability in their job history
  • Bachelor degree or higher

QUALIFICATIONS
