We are looking for several Account Executives, Inside sales to sell legal marketing solutions. 

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new clients and call existing clients within a given territory
  • Must sell using a consultative/value based sales process
  • Use CRM software to track all information - Salesforce
  • Be comfortable using Microsoft teams to demo products
  • Participate in pre-sales call and work in a team environment
  • Gather market intelligence and client information
  • Achieve and exceed all personal and company sales targets
  • Be comfortable with all product offerings 
  • Negotiate with clients with set parameters

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales quota based experience
  • Consultative/value based selling experience
  • Software sales experience a plus
  • Proficient in cold calling and prospecting
  • Heave telephone activity experience
  • Strong Organization skills
  • Experience in pipeline management in a CRM environment required
  • Accurate forecasting skills
  • Negotiation skills regarding products, price and solutions
  • College Degree in business, sales or related field is strongly preferred

The company offers a quick interview process  and complete product and sales training provided.  Currently a hybrid model of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
