We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.
The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as customer experience manager
- Restaurant related experience a BIG PLUS!
- Hospitality/Foodservice POS experience a BIG PLUS!
- Associates or Bachelors degree in business, hospitality, or technical field
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Creative problem solving and strong interpersonal skills
- Advanced listening, oral, written, and interpersonal skills; Excellent presentation skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and Windows products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Operating Systems)
- Applicant must reside in the Metropolitan New York City area
- Some Travel and Evening or Weekend schedules may be required
