As the Engagement Lead, you will partner with a variety of stakeholders to maximize efficiency and capitalize on the full features and benefits of for the organization.  Key collaborators will include the Manager, as well as our Sales Services, Field Force Effectiveness & Training, IT, and WAR Room teams.


In this role you will demonstrate your extensive experience, excellent communication skills, strong technical understanding of company systems, and be comfortable interfacing directly with end users and key stakeholders. You will develop a deep understanding of their requirements in order to enhance, implement and promote user engagement that enhances the customer experience. In addition to the responsibilities listed below, you will also provide training, promote engagement, track new releases, and keep current on solutions.


--- Accelerate the Account Management activities within to enhance the experience of our reseller and customers 

--- Champion Account Management activities related to including driving usage, user training, trouble-shooting incidents, partnering with the COE for incidents/enhancements and extensive functionality testing

--- Serve as the connection point for key champions within business (Commercial Units, Sales Services,  Commercial Operations, Biofuels & Technical Operations, Field Force Effectiveness & Training, WAR Room, Marketing, Finance, & Production Operations)

--- Drive and monitor engagement metrics across all users

--- Roll-out training and engagement plan to support new and existing functionality with users

--- Lead and support user acceptance and regression testing related to the Seeds business

--- Engage with commercial business stakeholders to gather/analyze requirements and map them to solutions that leverage functionality

--- Demonstrate capabilities and systems knowledge to solve business problems

--- Support/Facilitate requirements workshops, documenting detailed functional, technical, reporting, and data requirements


--- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline

--- Exceptional knowledge of functionality and usage

--- General sales, marketing and technical skills; Supply and/or Planning knowledge, product portfolio and segment understanding; good understanding of customer and distribution channels

--- Understand commercial business, including go to market and channel strategies (preferred)

--- Possess technical knowledge of systems and data flows (preferred)

--- Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills

--- General Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

--- Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data, metrics and statistical
