JOB DESCRIPTION

The primary objective of this role is to identify and develop strategic business relationships with potential clients as well as improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth.


Primary Job Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to)
• Develop existing business opportunities and prospect for potential new opportunities with existing clients.
• Participate in pricing solutions
• Analyzing business processes
• Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue
• Provide facilitation between executives and external contracting sources
• Implement growth strategies and recommend changes to existing business practices to increase exposure and
revenue
• Assist with core business development activities such as communicating with clients and competitors
• Seeking new market insights and business opportunities
• Participate in events and conferences
• Researching new business opportunities, creating business plans and staying on top of industry-specific trends
• Works with team to drive continuous improvement actions
 

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualification/ Job Requirements
• Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions
• bachelor’s degree in business management, development or related field
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to create strong relationships with partners, clients and team members
• Able to work well independently and in a team environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Understanding of business trends
• Organizational skills
Quality Knowledge Requirements:
• Safe Work Standards/Job Instructions able to Train/Audit
• 200 Level Manuals as designated (calibration, doc control, material substitution)
• Quality Plan

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
