JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with existing clients regarding network status and project updates.
  • Answering phone calls and entering tickets/activities as needed.
  • Responding and coordinating resources to resolve client concerns.
  • Utilizing the CRM system to maintain accurate information.
  • Vendor certification and training.
  • Quote and follow-up on quotes sent by phone and email.
  • Meeting with new client prospect to: 
    • Review current network status and required updates.
    • Discuss network pain points and monitoring needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background profile:
  • 1-4 years’ experience in technology-related account management and/or customer service.
  • Experience with CRM or contact management software.
  • Familiarity working with Central New York businesses. 
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Positive attitude and team player. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Teams.
