Well established company who manufacture a unique and specialized product for companies across North America and Europe. Reporting to the CFO/Owner this person will have a variety of tasks in Accounting and HR admin. Suitable candidate will have the ability to focus and organize the varied work load to meet deadlines.


Accounting duties:

  • Process full cycle AP and AR
  • Input information into accounting system
  • Prepare reports
  • Ensure all accounts are properly verified and balanced
  • Submit payroll data to external payroll provider
  • Assist as needed in Accounting department

    HR Duties:
  • Key responsibility will be to maintain employee records including tracking time and attendance
  • Benefit administration, setting up new employees on plans and making changes as necessary
  • Support recruitment through posting ads and assisting management with interviews
  • On boarding new employees
  • Additional support in performance management, employee relations and health and safety



  • Ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or Accounting
  • Previous experience in an AP and AR role
  • Strong administrative experience and organizational skills
  • SAGE 50 experience is a plus
  • MS Office suite
  • Interest and previous experience and courses related to HR
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Self-starter, focused and strong attention to detail
  • Able to build strong business relationships with internal employees and external suppliers and business contacts
