JOB DESCRIPTION

What would you be doing?

  • Collecting required information for financial analysis
  • Entering financial data and analyzing results to determine farm revenue and production expenses
  • Finalizing claim and submitting

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Does your resume display?

  • A post-secondary diploma (+) with a focus on accounting (Certified Accounting Technician, Advanced Certificate in Accounting and Finance, Finance) required
  • 3+ year's experience working in a public accounting firm
  • Experience preparing or reviewing AgriStability applications
  • Familiarity with preparing agriculture-related working paper files (Notice to Reader)
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel) combined with hands-on experience with multiple accounting software like AgExpert, Sage, Quickbooks, etc.
  • The pursuit of your CPA designation?

In return, our client is offering a base salary (overtime eligible), laptop (with all applicable software), partial internet reimbursement, and a second monitor.

Due to initial training and monthly office visit requirements, it has been identified that those residing within a 250 km radius of Moosomin, SK would be ideal.
