JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a highly visible position that will have an immediate opportunity to make a significant impact on the success and growth of the organization.  This is a strategic role in terms of metrics, reporting, and leading the design of Business Intelligence applications.  Selected candidate will manage a team of 7-10 analysts and will work on a daily basis with cross-functional stakeholders to convert business questions and high-level data collection needs into well-specified analysis and reporting requirements.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

*Strong Application Development or Business Intelligence background

 

*Extensive experience with Financial Systems, Reporting Tools and other analytics/visualization tools

 

*Thorough understanding of database technologies

 

*Proven strategic thinker

 

*Familiarity with SDLC

 

*Highly motivated self-starter who is a problem solver and solution finder

 

*Previous Managerial experience required.

*Agile experience a plus
