Area Sales Manager, Healthcare (Base in Singapore or Hong Kong)

Our client is an MNC group in the field of medical technology having portfolio includes solutions designed for intensive care, products for regular  treatment and also special equipment

Based in APAC region either in Singapore or Hong Kong , this role as Area Sales Manager the incumbent drives all the sales products accessories, support surfaces, and related equipment in the given region and closely collaborates with distributors and manages Sales Training.

• Establish strategic regional sales and marketing plans to identify key markets within Asia Pacific for growth in medical services and healthcare industry
• Responsible to grow and develop relationships with existing clients and build a strong pipeline to achieve the revenue objective
• Monitor sales performance, pricing and receivables in Singapore or Hong Kong Office
• Work closely with Headquarter and internal partners to achieve business growth and sales performance
• Set sales targets, prepare budget and sales forecast, and analyze, review and evaluate from time to time
• Maximize profit margin through intelligent pricing, increasing revenue and value proposition
• Develop specific plans to ensure the efficient and sustainable sales growth by continuing to improvement
• Understand both market and client requirements, revert feedbacks to the teams in services development and marketing, and raise the brand awareness to our targeted clients in medical services and healthcare industry
• Occasional travels to overseas will be required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree holder in business or any other related discipline
• Minimum 6 years’ B -B sales, healthcare consulting or manufacturing experience in Asia Pacific market focusing in medical services and healthcare industry experience
• Familiar with Asia Pacific regulations and Medical Services and healthcare industry trend
• Outstanding business analytical, presentation, negotiation and communication skills
• Good network within the medical services and healthcare vendors, suppliers and providers
• Strong sense of entrepreneurship and business acumen, capable of working independently
• Sales driven, growth mindset and a positive working attitude is a must
• A deal maker with proven solution-selling background
• Strong interest in embarking on a people-oriented environment
• Confident to interact with people from a wide variety of cultural and professional backgrounds
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
