Our client is a 19yr old player company in the Content, Design and Accessibility space.

Headquartered in Chennai, India with Sales and Operations offices in the US and the UK, the company has 3 SBU’s:

-Publishing Services,

-Self-Publishing Services and

-Creative Production Services.

We are looking for a person to spearhead the revenue for the Creative Production Services


  1. Grow Topline by adding New Sales from New Customers
  2. Creation of a robust pipeline of opportunities in the identified target segments


-Uplift revenue targets on existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell to current customers

-Utilize the diverse service offerings to generate new revenue streams, wherever possible



We are out on a mission to lead the Smartshoring approach to Outsourcing and looking for passionate, driven and hungry individuals to play a leading role in impacting the market, spreading the message and increasing the revenues

It is an individual contributor role. The person can work remotely anywhere within USA, and travel extensively

  1. A self-starter, comfortable managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contracts and close
  2. Ability to work collaboratively with the India-based Business Development & Marketing team
  3. Competency and relevant experience in representing the company in roundtables, conferences, exhibitions and speaking engagements
  4. Ability to communicate the technology trends and practices prevalent in the Creative Production and Campaign ecosystem
  5. Working understanding of the technology landscape and how to leverage as a part of the sales process
  6. Experience in Smartshoring

University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
