Education, Certification/License & Work Experience

 

· Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering

 

OR

 

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Math or related field

 

· 3-5 years related work experience, preferred

 

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products. Knowledge of other programs such as SAP and CRM

 

· Knowledge of quality systems, practices and tools

 

· Knowledge of math & statistics to compute measurements and perform studies

 

· Knowledge of GD&T

 

· Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

 

· Strong organizational skills

 

· Advanced oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write technical reports and presentations

 

· Ability to perform root cause failure analysis

 

· Ability to perform and troubleshoot design and assembly of products for testing

 

· Ability to work in a team environment

 

· Ability to multi-task

 

· Ability to plan, prioritize and work independently

 

· Ability to perform with superior service, reflecting a positive company image while sustaining a positive attitude with those you interact with; always going above and beyond to help others out, regardless of their position or department.
