We are looking for a candidate with proven experience to direct and control resources, manage large capital equipment projects and solve complex problems in an entrepreneurial manufacturing environment.

Key partner in Engineering Leadership working closely with Executive Leadership,  Project Engineering teams as well as Operations identifying problems and developing solutions from R&D through assembly and systems installations.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

BS engineering discipline (preferably Electrical, Electronics, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering) with additional Business Management courses

Minimum of (10) years experience in automation engineering involving customized machine control hardware/software integration in process plant environment.  Hands on programming in PLC, HMI or DCS.

Training and certifications in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
