JOB DESCRIPTION

Inside Sales / Account Manager

 

Location: Richmond Hill/ Vaughan, ON

Compensation: $50–$60k Base; Plus Commission

Primary Responsibilities:

* Maintain and develop strong a strong business relationship with existing clients

* Identify prospective clients by using business directories; build and cultivate new relationships

* Manage all aspects of the client relationship. This includes all administration of the accounts; and handling all communications with the existing clients.

* Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the life cycle of the relationship

* Liase between the client and internal teams

* B2B Sales  

* Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales, maximize profits and achieve goals and targets

Prospecting, Qualifying providing demos and quotes/SOW’s 

  • .

 

Qualifications:

* Minimum 3 years of Inside/Outside Sales Account Management Experience

* Previous Client Account Management experience is a Plus

*B2B Software Sales is a Plus

 Strong Client Account Management skills

* Energetic and experienced B2B Sales Account Management skills

* Proven track record in exceeding sales targets

* Confident and Strong Presentation skills

* Tenacious sales approach with the ability to identify opportunities and grow existing business by up-selling or cross-selling

* Skilled at listening and identifying ways to improve the client management experience

* Professional demeanor and presentation

* High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

* MUST have valid driver's license and vehicle

* Ability to work independently

* Ability to multi-task

* Motivated Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and attitude

* Results driven with a passion for business development

* Polished telephone manner

* High Energy

* Must have Excellent Verbal and Communication skills and written skills

 Selling to the Utility sector a definite plus

 

QUALIFICATIONS
