JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be working for a large global company that offers a range of data related services and software solutions to corporate clients. The company uses clients’ data to create bespoke solutions that allows the client to manage risk in their business.

This role works in the part of the business that offers a suite of HR Solutions to large SME and Enterprise clients cross-industry. You will be selling these services to HR & Talent Acquisition decision makers across the ANZ region.

Your strength will be in new business development, working with the corporate sales team to open opportunities for your sector of the business, in effect an internal Channel Manager. You will develop into a Subject Matter Expert for your service and the sales team will get you in front of their corporate clients. You will also drive new business through your own contacts and use of the corporate marketing initiatives.

You will excel in developing new business in existing SME and Enterprise corporate accounts and you will be a champion for your business unit. You will develop strong working relationships with the corporate sales team so that they create opportunities for you to generate sales.

The role:

  • Develop relationships with the corporate sales team so they help find you new sales opportunities in existing corporate accounts
  • Develop & enact a sales strategy for each of your target accounts with the aim of generating revenue for your business
  • New business development by prospecting and generating new leads from corporate marketing initiatives
  • Achievement of sales targets
  • Attend client sites for presentations and sales meetings
  • Develop knowledge of your solutions so that you become a Subject Matter Expert
  • Production of sales plans with your Manager
  • Pipeline forecasting and management reporting
  • Management of Salesforce.com CRM
  • Assist with tender responses

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role, you must have the following essential criteria:

  • A Graduate with a relevant degree in business
  • At least 5 years’ experience selling solutions and services to HR decision makers in corporate companies in any industry
  • Experience gained in a corporate environment selling to large SME or Enterprise clients
  • First class communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to undertake client presentations
  • A proven track record of successful solutions sales experience, with a history of achieving sales targets
  • A strong business acumen with experience in pricing and negotiation
  • Strong relationship building skills both with corporate clients as well as the corporate sales team
  • Self-motivated, proactive and with lots of initiative
  • A driver of results who is sales focused and target driven
  • Tenacious in pursuing sales opportunities

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
