QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Minimum:  A.S. Degree in Biomedical, Electronics Technology, equivalent Dept of Defense Biomedical Equipment Craftsman Course, or equivalent experience with a BMET, CRES or CLET certification.

Experience:

  • Minimum:  Two years experience servicing medical equipment.  Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of medical equipment.
  • Preferred: Specific experience with anesthesia, ventilator, sterilizer and/or  radiological equipment a plus, prior hospital experience
