JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Monthly Bookkeeping for multiple clients; Including month-end entries
  • Preparing Sales and Use Tax Forms
  • Payroll and preparing necessary payroll forms
  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned or requested
  • Train and mentor other team members

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of basic accounting
  • Certified Public Accountant Certification
  • At least seven years of experience & knowledge to perform essential job functions assigned
  • Worked for a CPA firm (or similar background) doing books for multiple clients is preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-pace environment and be able to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills and computer knowledge (QuickBooks a must)
  • Well organized, highly dependable, and efficient
  • Must have problem solving skills and be detailed oriented
  • Maintain respect at all times for confidential information
