Business Systems Analyst - JDE Enterprise One,  Dynamics CRM, SharePoint


Our client is a leading construction supply and services firm in BC. Currently, they have an opening for a Business Systems Analyst for their corporate office in Burnaby. The Business Systems Analyst will function in a multi-faceted role, including business analysis, enterprise application configuration and enterprise application administration/support.  Applications include JDE Enterprise One, Microsoft CRM Dynamics, Microsoft SharePoint, and NetHelpdesk software.   Some travel to Regional Offices may be required.

Duties and responsibilities:

 · Corporate software selection (in accordance with the software selection standards)

· Application configuration

· Application administration

· Application testing / UAT support

· Business Analysis

· Gathering and documenting business requirements and processes

· Change management tasks and duties

· Providing end user support

· Project Management

· Customer Service


The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

· Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or other relevant education

· Business Analysis Certification or other relevant certification

· SQL Server and/or JDE Enterprise One experience an asset

· Professional IT designations/affiliations

· 3+ years – hands on experience in application configuration

· 3+ years - business analysis experience

· Customer Service skills: strong communication and interpersonal skills

· The ability to foster positive, productive professional relationships   

· The ability to elicit and assess feedback

· The ability to run effective meetings

· Very strong attention to detail

University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
