We are looking for a Product Manager (entrepreneurial leader with marketing fundamentals) to join our client's team! Note that this role is responsible for innovative physical consumer products, not electronic or digital or software products. You will be responsible for overseeing marketing policies and programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness. Experience with a distributor model is particularly helpful. Bring your skill and expertise for managing and developing product portfolios to a growing well established consumer goods leader that is aggressive and not afraid to invest in market research.

You will have accountability for Profitability Analysis, Merchandising, Sales, and Product Support. This is not a branding and digital marketing role. You will be in the field, divising channel strategy for two-step distribution. You'll be hands-on with the sales force and you'll put together programs across the company (rebates, terms, pricing, sales & profitability analysis).   • Oversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends
  • Determine product demand and customer awareness
  • Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
  • Review and optimize marketing budget
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction


20%-40% travel depending on business needs and sales/distributor partner needs.


  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree a plus
  • Previous experience in marketing or other related fields
  • Experience in a managerial role
