  1. Responsible for managing India region
  2. To identify and build appropriate channels to sell the product in terms of distributors, resellers, system integrators, service providers and others
  3. Generate channel sales forecast for budgeting, inventory levels and quotas
  4. Ensure the proper performance of channel sales through training, incentives and motivation to meet the revenue targets
  5. Set commission and bonus structure and levels
  6. Ensure formal and customized training materials for education and development of sales staff and channel partners, make sure of such training are executed to the highest levels
  7. Ensure adequate distribution and minimum stocking levels with channel partners
  8. Compile a monthly pull and push sales report and comprehensive quarterly analysis.


  2. Requires Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science from national or international accredited university. Masters degrees a plus
  3. Expected relevant work experience of 10+ years of Enterprise Level Networking Equipment Channel Sales
  4. Ability to work closely with the product marketing, marketing communications, support and operations teams
  5. Self-motivator with proven track record in channel sales and marketing for networking, routing, switching and wireless products preferred
  6. Candidates should have excellent communications and presentation skills (spoken and written) in Hindi and Engish and speaks Chinese Putonghua 
  7. Preferred candidates that have worked in Channel and in Education and Government Verticals
  8. Candidate need to be local citizens or overseas returnees with full permission to work full time in India WITHOUT a work permit or visa
