JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for the development of the Japanese market and new customers
  • Planning responsible for sales of large customers, collection of relevant data, and the realization of customer visits, to achieve cooperation
  • Coordinaete internal resources and relevant departments, to jointly complete market-side tasks
  • Develop and manage channel partners 
  • Coordinate marketing and sales activities with channel partners
  • Attend Trade Shows with Channel partners and to joint sales call with channel partners

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree and above.
  • Nationality is not limited but needs to be fluent in Japanese communication, daily communication in English mandatory, a definite plus if speaks Mandarin Chinese
  • Can accept the challenges and difficulties of sales, have strong business development ability, based in Tokyo and accept travelling to various regions of Japan
  • Understanding the Japanese enterprise market, as well as the Japanese local corporate culture, can well coordinate the relationship between customers and companies.
  • Knowledge and experience in enterprise level data communication products like switches, routing, wireless etc. is preferred
  • Experience in other Japanese equipment manufacturers or general agent sales is preferred. OEM experience is preferred
